The Bodycraft F603 Flat/Incline Utility Bench is sleek and modern but built to last with super heavy guage steel and commercial upholstery. Adjust the backrest from 0 to 85 degrees incline with a simple pop pin adjustment. The backrest slides along the frame to close the gap and find that perfect fit with 8 different positions. The chromed assist bars allow you to stabilise for exercises like glute kickbacks or bracing your feet for doing a mid row. The unique shape of the backrest allows you to use this for a leg hold when performing lat pull down (extra weight can be added to the assist bars).
