Warranty Information

We hope every customer is thrilled with their purchase and that everything about their EXAGYM experience is a positive one. If that's not the case, let us know - we're happy to service your product to ensure it meets the required standard of performance as per the manufacturer's warranty.

General

Our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. This means that in the event of a product fault or defect our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you. The exact details of the product warranty are in the manufacturer's documentation supplied with the product. On occasion there are a very small percentage of items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@exagym.com.au or call us on (02) 9953 4490 immediately and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your order number. Please also have ready your product brand, model and serial number.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are sold with a warranty that ensures what you ordered is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by Exagym. Under the warranty provisions Exagym or the local contractor will repair damaged or faulty goods. If your product can not be repaired onsite, it is a condition of each item's warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged item so that it is able to be returned to us or the local distributor / manufacturer via the designated courier service. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace your machine or refund it in full.

Warranty Claim Procedure

At the first sign of any noise or issue with your product, please call us on immediately (02) 9953 4490 or email our Customer Service team at customerservice@exagym.com.au and give a full detailed description of the problem.

Please have ready your:

  • Order number (on your invoice)
  • Date of purchase
  • Model and Serial Number
  • Any error messages your machine may be displaying.
  • Exagym handles all warranty claims in-house so you don't need to worry about chasing around manufacturers.

Important Notes on Warranty

All treadmills, bikes, crosstrainers, rowers & home gyms come with on-site warranties. All other products, unless otherwise indicated, are return-to-base warranties.Warranty will be voided if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or as communicated by us verbally or in writing.

Exagym conforms to all applicable Australian standards with respect to warranties and fair trade practices.
