Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Exagym website. Exagym provides services and products to you subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at the discretion of Exagym.
By accessing, browsing or utilising any or all of the services and products within the Exagym website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained herein.
If you do not agree with the stated terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, Exagym advises that you do not use the web site for any information or purchasing. Exagym reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the world wide web at our discretion.
Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your utilisation of the network, you will be bound.
International
No international orders are accepted from the Exagym web pages.
Ordering
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on this website. Exagym reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason.
Prices, products, delivery charges and product/service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification.
To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on, or through the website, or other harmful component.
Your contract with Exagym is operable when Exagym advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.
Payment
Exagym accepts the following credit cards:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club International. Please note that your credit card is automatically charged once your order is processed on line.
Bank transfer payments can be made to the following account - Bank Name: Westpac Account Name: Exagym BSB: 032191 Account No: 125178. If you wish to make a transfer instead of using a credit card online, please contact us on (02) 9953 4490.
At present we are not able to accept web payment made with a non-Australian credit card, given the limitations that we face in establishing that the user of the card is legitimate. Payments from overseas customers are not accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer.
We can also accept company, bank or personal cheques provided adequate identification can be supplied. Please contact us on (02) 9953 4490 if you wish to use this method.
Termination
Exagym (where appropriate) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by Exagym set out in the Terms will survive termination.
Returns Policy
Policy for returning items
All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation before they can be returned. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation will be rejected by our warehouse. To obtain a Return Authorisation, please call us on (02) 9953 4490.
You will need to supply the following information which will be on your invoice before we can issue a Return Authorisation: -
- Name and contact details
- Product to be returned
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Return Authorisations are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product into our store within this period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are in original packaging in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product.
Exagym accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to our store.
Exagym will test all products returned. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Exagym will contact you to advise of the status of the returned product.
A non-faulty fee ($50 inc GST plus freight) will apply if your product is found to be not faulty.
Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Exagym reserves the right to refuse any returns that -
- are incomplete or missing parts
- are not returned in their original packaging
- the customer has simply changed their mind on the purchase
- show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging
Alternatively please visit an Exagym retail outlet with the product you wish to return and a copy of the invoice. If the product is eligible for return, Exagym will organise your Returns Authorisation immediately in most cases.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via a variety of methods depending on the item ordered and where it is being shipped to. Products being supplied within Sydney Metro - NSW will generally be delivered via our own installation team. Outside of this area, it will be shipped with Australia Post or our nominated freight carrier.
Exagym relies on its suppliers for stock availability and hence products that are not in stock at the time of your order may be subject to additional freight costs if you wish us to send out the remainder of your order.
Exagym endeavours to fulfil its commitment to the stated delivery schedule but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and Exagym does not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
Exagym will afford a reasonable opportunity to its customers to examine goods for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they conform with the purchase order. A period of 7 days from the date of delivery to alert Exagym to non-conformity is given in the following situations:
- Shipment of wrong/damaged products
- Short shipment of products from a consignment
- Missing cartons from multiple carton consignments
When placing an order with Exagym, we require a physical street address as delivery is via a courier. Please note that a signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. If there is no-one present, then the goods will be redirected back to Exagym and will be sent back to you at your cost upon notification.
Goods can not be delivered to a PO BOX. A physical address must be supplied that is able to be verified by the Web Sales Department.
