All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation. Any goods returned
without a Return Authorisation will be rejected by our warehouse. To obtain a Return Authorisation,
please call us at (02) 9953 4490.

You will need to supply the following information which is in your invoice before we can issue a Return

Date of purchase:
Reason for return:

Return Authorisations are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the product to be returned in our store
within this period; otherwise, the return may not be processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure
that all products are in original packaging in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the
invoice or other proofs of purchase must be included with the returned product.

Exagym accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit for returns to our store.

Exagym will test all products returned. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for
testing. Exagym will advise you on the status of the returned product after testing.

A non-faulty fee ($50 inc GST plus freight) will apply if your product is found to be not faulty.

Unless stated otherwise under this Return Policy, Exagym reserves the right to refuse any returns
wherein products:
– are incomplete or has missing parts
– are not returned in their original packaging
– show signs of physical damage (product and/or packaging)

Exagym also does not process returns if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. The
customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by
consumer guarantees.

Alternatively, please visit an Exagym retail outlet with the product you wish to return and a copy of the
invoice. If the product is eligible for return, Exagym will organise your Returns Authorisation immediately.
