Delivery and Installation

At Exagym, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best in service from the sale right up to when your product is delivered to your home. Our comprehensive logistics team ensure you know where your product is and that it gets to you in a timely manner!

Sydney Metro

Installations into the Sydney Metro area are handled by our friendly delivery team from The Gymstaller. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to book a time and day that is suitable to receive your product.

Your product is built and tested in our warehouse prior to dispatch to make sure that everything is in working order. When our delivery team brings your product out to your home, they will complete any final installation steps and also give you instructions on how to use & maintain your product. All cardboard and wastage will be removed for recycling.

Delivery times for Sydney metro are between 1 and 5 business days, but generally all deliveries are made within 72 hours of placing your order.

When making a purchase of over $2000, Exagym also provide FREE Onsite Education. Products of this level usually require a more thorough explanation, so once your product has been delivered we will setup a time and day convenient for you to come out to your home.

During your onsite education, we will:

• Answer any questions you might have about your product.
• Setup any background settings.
• Explain in detail all aspects of your console and any programs.
• Explain how to use any peripheral devices such as wireless heart rate transmitters.

Greater NSW and All Other States

Deliveries outside of Sydney Metro are managed by our warehouse team. You will be contacted within 24 hours of completing your purchase to confirm your order. All stock is shipped boxed from our warehouse to your door via our chosen freight company. Dispatch will occur within 48 hours of placing your order.

Once your product has been dispatched, we will email your con note number, a contact number for our freighter and a link to their website so you can track your order online.

Someone must be at home to accept delivery of your product as the freight company will not leave the product unattended without signature. If you are ordering a heavy product, please make sure you have someone to help you safely move your product once it has been delivered.

If you experience any difficulties in assembly of your product, please feel free to contact one of our friendly staff and we will assist you over the phone. We can also provide education over the phone on how to use and maintain your product.

Delivery times for Greater NSW and All Other States are between 2 and 7 business days.

Items out of stock

At Exagym, we attempt to keep all stock items readily available for the quickest turnaround. From time to time, our suppliers or indeed our warehouse run out of stock and a short delay might be experienced. If this is the case, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to advise you of this.
