Our Rubber Coated Standard Plates have a 29mm Bore Hole and fit any bars with 27mm diameter or less. Perfect for your standard size barbell, ez curl barbell or dumbell handles to make your workout at home complete. Coated in black rubber with metal inner and 3 grip handles, these plates allow easy handling, multi function and a buffer between the metal and other surfaces. All plates are sold individually.
