No international orders are accepted from the Exagym web pages.

Ordering

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on this website. Exagym reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices, products, delivery charges and product/service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification.

To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on, or through the website, or other harmful component.

Your contract with Exagym is operable when Exagym advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.

Bank transfer payments can be made. If you wish to make a transfer instead of using a credit card online, please contact us on (02) 9953 4490.

At present we are not able to accept web payment made with a non-Australian credit card, given the limitations that we face in establishing that the user of the card is legitimate.

Termination

Exagym (where appropriate) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice.
