The Harbinger® Multi-Gym Elite is a portable gym system that can be used as doorway pullup bars as well as for sit-ups, pushups and dips. The Multi-Gym Elite targets arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pullups.

The 136kg weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. The Multi-Gym Elite includes a curved, ergonomic, wide grip for maximum lat muscle engagement. Placed on the floor, the Multi-Gym Elite can be used for sit-ups, pushups, and dips; padded handles provide comfort and help to ensure correct form.

The Multi-Gym Elite features a patented door frame guard using a unique flat design with thick foam pads to help protect doorframes. Easy to install with no drilling required, the Multi-Gym Elite securely fits door frames 69cm to 89cm wide and up to 15.24cm deep. Assembled dimensions: 38cm x 97cm x 136cm; weighs 3.64kg.

NOTE: Your door frame must have trim around it for the bar to hook onto or this product will not work!
